For Domestic Delivery:
- Shipping domestically, we use local transport as well as courier services such as trackon, dehlivery, etc.
- Time for the delivery in India would be 2-4 working days. (Except Sunday & India National Holidays)
- We will not be liable for any delay made by courier companies.
- The mode of transport would be chosen over the effectiveness of a particular mode.
For International Delivery:
- By Courier (Door to Door Delivery): We use DHL, FEDEX, UPS.
- By Air (Port to Port): We deliver at all airports in the world.
- By Sea (Port to Port): We deliver at all sea ports in the world.
- You would bear any Taxes or duties levied at the destination.
Note: Chargeable weight is derived from Gross weight and volumetric weight calculation, whichever is higher.
Payment Terms & Conditions
- Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept payments exclusively through cheque or wire transfer. Please note that UPI payments are not accepted. - Full Payment Requirement:
The total payment must be completed before the statues are dispatched from our premises. We do not offer a pay-on-delivery option. - Advance Payment Policy:
A minimum of 60% of the total amount must be paid in advance. The order will be confirmed only upon receipt of this advance payment. - Return & Customization Policy:
All statues are customized as per the customer’s specifications and requirements. Therefore, once sold, statues cannot be returned or exchanged. If the customer is dissatisfied with the finished product, it will still be considered sold.
Care & Maintenance Guidelines
- Avoid Daily Watering
Do not apply water to the statues daily, as this may damage or fade the paint and colours used. - No Wet Cleaning
Do not apply or rub the statues with a wet towel or wipes. - Recommended Cleaning Method
To clean the statue, gently tap a dry, soft towel over the surface to remove dust. Do not rub the statue while cleaning.
